Rainbow Trout Dinner

Brought home my first stocker rainbow trout.

Gutted it.
Decapitated it.
Garlic stuffed it.
Soy sauce bathed it.
Lemon juice spritzed it.
Tinfoil wrapped it.
Baked it.
Ate it.

DELICIOUS.

  1. That sounds delicious! As soon as the bass bite gets scarce, I'm heading to the hills to catch me some too!

    1. I did see that link you left for me, Mark. Cool stuff. I gave the link to my GF, too. Her mom is in into the gluten free stuff. Thanks!

    1. Sorry, Mel. I ate it all :) I'm going to try and catch another one, and use a different recipe...the bacon wrapped one. I think I saw on Marks page.
