Brought home my first stocker rainbow trout.
Gutted it.
Decapitated it.
Garlic stuffed it.
Soy sauce bathed it.
Lemon juice spritzed it.
Tinfoil wrapped it.
Baked it.
Ate it.
DELICIOUS.
