Went to the Chicago Bears game this weekend. Being outside in a light drizzle for 3.5 hours reminded me that I need to go fishing. I haven't been fishing in quite some time, and I know a few places for an outing before winter kicks into high gear.
Any other football fans out there...who's your team?

too cute. 'da bears...' have never 'had a team', per se. folks expect me to be a packer fan being from wisconsin. i do own a cheesehead. does that count? :)

DeleteBeing from Chicago myself, I've found rooting for the Bears and Cubs to be too much of a cross to bear. Broncos!
ReplyDeleteHow can you not like the Bronco's. Solid team and ownership. I was a big fan of their defense back in my day. I am both a Cubs and Sox fan. I consider myself a "Chicago" fan. I think they should have done more than just remodel the bleachers. I think they should have imploded the Wrigley and started over.

ReplyDeleteAllen. One would think being from Wisconsin I'd be a Packers fan and since the Redskins have been such a lousy team for as long as I can remember, I just might become a Packers fan. Could happen.
The Redskin's have had their flashes of greatness, but have always fallen short in my memory. Being a Bears fan I actually dislike Detroit and the Vikings more than the Packers. I don't know why... The Packers have a solid organization.

DeleteIt was, as of this year we moved into the HUGE stadium they built in Santa Clara. It's called Levis Stadium and it's amazing!
